Photo of the Week – December 28, 2012

This week’s photo was taken on new year’s day almost a century ago – January 1, 1914. It shows President Poincaré leaving the Elysée palace in a horse-drawn carriage. Poincaré served as President from 1913 – 1920 and as Prime Minister five times. Bonne Année 2013 à tous !
