Les Rencontres d’Arles (the photography festival that takes place each year in Arles, France) is just around the corner. This year’s edition begins on July 7th and continues through September 21st. The theme is ‘Parade’, based on the idea of the renowned festival being a stage for photography and photographers. Last year, 96,000 people visited the festival and it’s specially designed exhibitions, which are often staged in historic sites. This year, work by photographs including David Bailey, Vik Muniz and Patrick Swirc will be on view. For more info, visit the site.
