Château de Brest, 1980. This week’s photograph shows the famous castle, located in Brest, Finistère, France, over thirty years ago. From looking at it we can notice some of the effects that time has had on the original print so far. In today’s digital age, it’s interesting to consider how time can transform a photograph, and the role that the print itself plays in the photographic medium.
