A great day trip option is the Parc de Sceaux, just an RER ride outside of Paris. The park, created by Andre Le Notre, who also designed the gardens at Versailles and Tuileries, is filled with walkways, fields, and a canal. There’s also the chateau and an outdoor cafe. It’s a great place to get away from the city with your camera and a picnic basket. For more info on Sceaux, visit the site.
