Paris Homeless World Cup 21-28 This football tournament sees all proceeds go to benefiting the homeless. The site is the Champ de Mars where you will see over 400 athletes from almost 50 different countries Rock en Seine 26-28 A massive music festival held in Saint Cloud and loaded with music superstars ranging from the Foo Fighters and My Chemical Romance to the Arctic Monkeys – not to be missed if you are a live music fan! Fête de Ganesh 2011 28 Hosted in the 18th arrondissement on Barbes Avenue, free parade & festival honors the Indian community in Paris Pianissimo & American Jazz Festival Jazz festival held at the famous jazz club, Sunset-Sunside, features the big guns on today’s jazz scene Festival Itinérant des Arènes de Montmartre 21 through 5 September For the 11th year in a row this travelling theatre festival comes to Paris to delight the crowds. Headlined by Mystère Buffa. Festival Silhouette 27 – 4 September This marks the 10th year for this late-summer open-air cinema festival showcasing international and French films. Cinéma au Claire de Lune 3-21 An open-air cinema experience for your consideration Paris Quartier d’Été Through August 9th A festival of performance throughout all of Paris Paris Plages Through August 22nd Paris creates three sandy beaches on the Seine quais.
