The palette of colors and shapes including circles, triangles, rectangles, hearts and sqaures had me dreaming about what wine I would pair with each cheese. It is my sincere belief that food is one of the most wonderful ways to sample culture and living history. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Paris should take the time to seek out one of the many top-quality fromageries. Ask the fromager to make a selection of cheeses-of-the-moment for you to take home . . . if it makes it that far or at least to a nearby park or along the Seine with a warm baguette!
