All right, Paris Plages is no Riviera vacay but for vitamin D-starved Parisians on a budget the pop-up beach is the next best thing. And again this summer, thousands are set to pitch a deckchair on the sandy banks of the Sein for their sunshine fix. If soaking up rays all the livelong day does not float your boat (or the beach bod isn’t ready for the great unveiling), how about a game of volleyball at the Hôtel de Ville cum Caribbean resort?
