Prehistory, a Modern Enigma

Event Description

A unique exhibition is being staged at the Centre Pompidou which ties uniting prehistory with modern and contemporary art. The collection looks at how, in the great period of crisis called ‘modernity’, first artists and then society as a whole, felt drawn to their origins, creating a fantasy vision of prehistory.
