Event Description
The 8th edition of the Orchestres en fête will see the Association Française des Orchestres partner with young artists to bring a 21st century vision of the Orchestra. As usual, the programming will be split in two; Concert Orchestra and the Disconcerting Orchestra.
The Concert Orchestra programming celebrates the inspired creations of some of the world’s most talented creators, with a series of Beethoven-themed concerts at the Philharmonie de Paris, celebrating the works of the renowned composer Beethoven. The Disconcerting Orchestra programming runs alongside the official Orchestra performances, and is packed full of surprises. Visitors can expect to meet talented artists, participate in exciting workshops and enjoy unexpected concerts. The dynamic program can be viewed here.
The Festival Culture Bar-Bars – a collective which host over 800 events in over 232 cafes across France – will also host events over the three days. Information on these events can be found here.
The Disconcerting Orchestra events are free to enjoy however; it is recommended to reserve in advance to avoid disappointment. Spectators can enjoy great promotions on the official concert tickets, which can be purchased in advance. More information on booking and reservations can be found here.
