Lost in Frenchlation are seeing off the Summer break with a comeback screening (with English subtitles) of ‘After Love’ (‘L’Économie du Couple’ in French) directed by Joachim Lafosse. Taking place in Montmartre at the infamous Cinema Studio 28, the evening begins with a film-themed cocktail hour, available at the cinema bar from 8pm, followed by the screening at 9.15pm. A perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends and embrace an integral part of French culture.

‘After 10 years of living together, Marie and Boris have decided to get a divorce. Marie is going to buy the apartment in which they live with their two daughters. But it was Boris who had completely renovated it, and since he cannot afford to find another place to live, they must share it.
